Sales Field Representative

Mega Medical Supplies W.L.L is seeking to hire a medical Sales Field Representative to promote and sell its dental products across Bahrain market.

Company portfolio is made up of products and tools for dental clinics.

Duties & Responsibilities: - Meeting monthly sales targets and customers reach targets.

- Scheduling regularly appointments with potential Dental Clinics, Doctors and Customers’ Procurement Management.

- Promoting company’s portfolio to customers by increasing product awareness, answering queries, providing advice, and introducing new products.

- Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.

- Presenting products and product functions to potential customers.

- Following up on order replenishment when deemed necessary at store level.

- Keeping up-to-date of new developments in the market to determine the effect of such developments on the company's business strategies Requirements / Skills / Qualifications - High school diploma, bachelors, or associates degree preferred.

- Must have valid Bahrain driver's license.

- Proficient in English.

- Strong negotiation skills.

- Effective communication skills.

- Exceptional customer service skills.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Excellent communication skills - Problem solving.

- Product knowledge.

- Excellent personal presentation.

- Technical understanding - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Candidates Years of Experience: Only candidates with strong background in dental products sales with stablished customer base.

Residence Location: Bahrain.

Nationality: All Nationalities.

Degree: Doctor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Dental Medicine degrees are considered an advantage.

Age: Min: 30 years old.
