Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication: Act as the main point of contact for sea import shipments, updating customers on status and delays.
Shipment Coordination: Manage instructions, work with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouses for timely clearance and delivery.
️ Customer Service & Problem Resolution: Address queries and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
Track & Trace Shipments: Monitor and update customers on shipment status, resolving delays.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and provide updates to customers and teams.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; degree in logistics or related field a plus.
Experience in customer service, logistics, or freight forwarding preferred.
️ Strong communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of import regulations.
