Voice Up seeks experienced head coaches to become Purpose Metric Mentors. Our revolutionary 5-minute assessment tool connects coaches to their deeper purpose while addressing critical mental health challenges in coaching.

## THE OPPORTUNITY

Work directly with the Founder of Voice Up to help coaches navigate stress, work-life balance, support systems, and coaching identity. Conduct weekly remote mentoring sessions (1 hour per week minimum) with coaches using our evidence-based approach.

## QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years coaching experience

- Strong communication and listening skills

- Ability to dedicate 3-5 hours weekly

- Experience navigating coaching challenges

## Global Reach Through Positive Projects

Voice Up's impact has already reached impressive proportions. "Right now we reach about 355 cities across the world," Fuller notes. "If we post something, we have that level of engagement right now. So that's an inspiring responsibility. Like, if we're going to put something out, and we got that many cities, we want to make sure what we're putting out is really kind of neat."

The organization's projects are diverse and innovative. One initiative involves creating a world of superheroes based on Voice Up's five core principles: collaboration, humility, precision, patience, and empathy. "When these superheroes arrive on the scene, they are simply diffusing and de-escalating arguments between people using those five principles," Fuller explains. The characters come from all over the world, and the organization is planning a global competition for children to draw these superheroes based on written descriptions.
