Telecom Site Acquisition Specialist

Job Title: Telecom Site Acquisition Specialist Location: Alpharetta, GA Are you a seasoned Telecom Site Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record in securing wireless telecommunication sites?

Selectek is seeking a highly experienced Telecom Site Acquisition Specialist to manage, coordinate, and complete real estate activities for new and modified wireless telecommunication sites across Georgia and Central/Northern Florida.

About the Role: Site Acquisition Management: Manage and coordinate all real estate activities for acquiring new wireless telecommunication sites and modifying existing ones.

SCIP Development: Create and assemble Site Candidate Information Packages (SCIPs). Lease Negotiations: Negotiate and facilitate the completion of leases, lease amendments, and ROW/Easement agreements.

Land Use Entitlements: Prepare and process community development and public works applications for Land Use Entitlements.

Document Review: Review environmental, leasing, zoning, permitting, and construction drawings.

Project Management: Effectively manage site acquisition projects from start to finish.

Client & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.

Who You Are: Experienced Site Acquisition Specialist: You have 7+ years of real estate site acquisition experience in the wireless industry.

Negotiation Expert: You are skilled in negotiating and facilitating complex real estate agreements.

Regulatory Knowledge: You possess a strong understanding of land use entitlements, zoning, and permitting processes.

Technical Understanding: You have experience reviewing architectural, engineering, and structural analysis drawings.

Project Manager: You have proven project management skills.

Excellent Communicator: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Computer Proficient: You are proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Travel Ready: You are willing to travel throughout Georgia and Central/Northern Florida.

Required Skills: 7+ years of real estate site acquisition experience in the wireless industry.

Experience creating and assembling SCIPs.

Proven negotiation and facilitation skills for leases and related agreements.

Experience preparing Land Use Entitlements.

Ability to review environmental, leasing, zoning, permitting, and construction documents.

Project management experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Ability to travel within GA and Central/North FL.

Ability to read and understand architectural, engineering, and structural analysis drawings.

Additional Info: Term: This is a 6-month contract to director opportunity.

Pay Range: $31.00 - $41.00 per hour based on prior experience.
