Service Worker 1 (Packaging Operator)

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: 8 + months

Shift: 1st Shift (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM)

Job Responsibilities:

Packaging Operations: Weigh, process, inspect, and monitor product/materials while ensuring compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and quality standards. Manual forklift use required.

Materials & Supplies Management: Maintain adequate material levels, stock materials as needed, and operate transporting equipment safely.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation for equipment operations, troubleshooting logs, and GMP records.

Training & Instruction: Escalate issues to management and ensure compliance with training requirements in the Learning Management System.

EHS Responsibilities: Follow all Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines, wear personal protective equipment, report unsafe conditions, and attend training programs.

Quality Compliance: Adhere to all Quality Management System (QMS) policies, including data integrity, QA, and QC standards.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain documentation.

Must meet requirements from the Operator Career Path Job Ladder.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience with cGMP documentation.

Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment or familiarity with lean principles.
