I’m looking for a showing assistant and a virtual assistant to help with my growing real estate business. Both positions are commission-based, and this is a great opportunity for someone looking to earn solid income while working with real clients.

For the showing assistant role, you must have a valid California real estate license or be in the final stages of obtaining one. You may also need to hang your license with my brokerage, but we can figure that out. This position involves working with pre-approved buyers who are ready to move forward. You would be responsible for scheduling property showings, arriving on time, walking clients through the homes, referring any questions back to me, and providing feedback after the showings. This is a commission-only position, and you’ll earn 10%-15% of the total gross commission per transaction.

I’m also looking for a virtual assistant to help with back-end tasks, primarily working from home. Your main responsibilities would include setting up property searches, managing the CRM, searching the MLS for new listings, and sending those listings to me or our clients. Having a real estate license is a plus but not required. This role pays a flat rate of $500 per transaction, and with just a few clients a month, you could easily make $1,000 to $1,500 or more.
