## Part-Time Faculty Position: Purpose Connection Specialist

**About Us:** Voice Up University is a 100% remote, flexible higher education institution dedicated to connecting people to their purpose. We serve students across 100+ colleges and universities globally with our affordable "Cost of a Family Dinner" pricing model.

**Position Overview:** We seek a passionate educator to join our part-time faculty team, guiding working adults through our educational framework designed to help students discover their purpose and translate it into meaningful action.

**Core Responsibilities:**

- Facilitate purpose discovery through our five-minute monthly self-assessment tool

- Provide personalized coaching connecting students' talents to their deeper purpose

- Guide experiential learning projects creating positive social impact

- Foster collaborative learning environments based on Voice Up's founding principles

- Support students in applying their education to their current careers

- Contribute to curriculum development

- Mentor students in purpose-driven community projects

- Submit quarterly articles to our "Make the Difference" publication

**Qualifications:**

- Master's degree in a related discipline, or currently pursuing a higher degree in:

* Leadership development

* Life and community skills

* Personal finance

* Faith-based studies

* Nonprofit management

* Small business administration

* Financial literacy

* Athletics and purpose integration

- Experience in experiential or project-based education for working adults

- Commitment to purpose-driven education and community impact

- Excellent remote communication skills

**Our Educational Approach:**

- Connects coursework to students' purpose discovery

- Integrates real-world projects with academic learning

**Commitment:**

- 10-15 hours weekly

- 100% remote with flexible scheduling

- Initial commitment of one academic term with possibility of renewal
