Technical Support Specialist

BA/BS, in computer science, Information Services or Management Information Systems (MIS), scientific, or business field required with at least 2-5 years of experience.

Degree in a Technical, Scientific or Business field required.

Knowledge and experience working in a GMP / GCP environment.

Adaptable to non-standard work schedule, travel or environment requirements.

May require periodic attendance at team meetings across time zones and occasional after-hours support, particularly on software release dates.

Skills

Skilled in Microsoft Office suite including advanced skills with Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, OneNote, Teams and SharePoint.

Comfortable preparing and presenting ideas and information in a variety of settings.

Must have strong inter-personal and customer service skills.

Operational knowledge of SQL, data visualizations
