Specialist Process Engineer

Description:

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria, and would be responsible for, but not limited to: Process Engineering design / develop / update IT processes and oversee deployment; monitor and assess existing processes; drive continuous process improvement initiatives; ensure completeness and currency of IT process repository; ensure standards are followed Accountability : Deliver and Support create and maintain a centralized process and knowledge management repository; own the IT reference processes; analyse project successes and root causes of failures; monitor process performance; enhancement of quality and consistency of IT processes and methods Salary: Market related
