This is a unique opportunity for an experienced finance professional with a proven track record of scaling companies from $10 million to $50 million in revenue. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with strong technical skills, an eye for detail, and a commitment to building and leading a high-performing accounting department.

Location: Onsite in East Valley office location

Salary: $115K - $125K DOE + Discretionary Bonus + PTO & Paid Holidays + Monthly Benefits Stipend

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.

5+ years of Controller experience in $25M - $50M revenue size companies

Must have experience scaling a company from $10 million to $50 million to $100M+ revenue

Proven track record of managing financial operations across multiple entities and industries

Expertise in financial software and systems, with the ability to implement scalable solutions.

Strong leadership skills, including experience managing and developing teams.

Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
