We are seeking a Sea Export Coordinator to manage customer service and operational tasks for sea exports. The role involves booking, documentation, shipment tracking, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and shipping lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Act as the main contact for customers, providing updates and handling FCL/LCL bookings.
Resolve customer concerns related to shipments, delays, or damaged goods.
Operations & Coordination: Confirm bookings with shipping lines and ensure space availability. Manage shipping instructions (SI), house bills of lading (HBL), and ensure compliance with regulations. Track shipments, monitor vessel schedules, and handle any delays or changes.
️ Administrative Support: Maintain organized records of communications and shipments.
Assist in generating reports and improving service quality.
Support sales teams with pricing and proposals for bids.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics).
1-2 years of experience in sea exports, logistics, or customer service.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of FCL, LCL, vessel schedules, and export documentation.
