Location: 15 York St, Toronto, ON M5J 0A3, Canada (Hybrid Position – 3 Days On-Site, 2 Days Remote weekly)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Snowflake Developer to design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and architectures on the Snowflake platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in data engineering, SQL, and CI/CD practices, ensuring efficient data processing, transformation, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize Snowflake data models, schemas, and queries.

• Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake and orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines for data workflows and automation.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance query performance and data quality.

• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless data integration.

• Maintain documentation for data workflows, pipelines, and architecture.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Snowflake development and data engineering.

• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and Snowflake optimization techniques.

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and Airflow for pipeline orchestration.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data security best practices.

• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and version control (Git).

• Snowflake certification is a plus.
