Bilingual Industrial Staffing Recruiter

TPI Staffing is hiring a skilled Branch Recruiter to join our Corporate Team! Named SIA's 2025 Best Staffing Firms to Work For!

This is an in-office position Direct Hire

Source and interview candidates

Identify and develop networking relationship with appropriate internal and external contacts while building candidate pool

Skills assessment and evaluation; develop interviewing strategy and techniques

Identify and maintain awareness of Recruiting trends with specific market or industry

Day to Day duties: coordinate high volume interviews of all types such as all types of Light/Heavy Industrial related positions such as welders, machinists, Warehouse, forklift, assembly, technicians.

Special skills set: sourcing, moving candidates through requisitions.

Job Requirements:

2-5 yrs minimum experience recruiting administrative/professional AND light industrial related positions

Software requirements: Word, Excel, Outlook-Intermediate level, strong accurate data entry skills, and email writing ability. Excellent communication and grammar skills.

Previous staffing experience preferred, ability to learn new software, and great attitude.
