This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with every-other week on-call responsibility.

The Residential Care Nurse Supervisor provides leadership, clinical oversight, direction, monitoring and training for all nursing and nursing related operations for the facility during the scheduled shift.

Current unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of Maine
Knowledge of skilled and long-term care nursing regulations
Collaborative work style

Requires proficiency in spoken and written English.
Ability to understand and respond to residents' needs and inquiries in English is required.
Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is required.
