Three Way Logistics is an industry leader in material management, logistics, and comprehensive transportation services with proven accuracy, flexibility, and on-time delivery. We are looking for a Full Time Warehouse Lead in our San Francisco, CA facility.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday. Some weekends.

Salary: $26.00- $28.00 per hour

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow.

· Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.

· Coordinate shipping and receiving activities.

· Train and lead warehouse staff.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.

· Identify and implement process improvements.

· Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the movement of goods.

· Maintain accurate records and reports.

· Monitor and report warehouse equipment and supplies needed.

· Conduct regular audits and inspections.

· Resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner, escalate as needed.

· Assist in developing and implementing warehouse policies and procedures.

· Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

· Oversee warehouse layout and opportunities of space utilization.

· Monitor and control warehouse expenses.

· Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

· Lead and motivate the warehouse personnel to achieve goals.

· Handle any escalated issues or complaints to the supervisor or manager.

· Notes and photographs of customer product exceptions when freight shows signs of damage.

· Anticipates potential safety issues and initiates actions to solve or prevent problems.

· Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

· Ensures that the work area is clean and free of debris.

· Ensure that product aisles are clean and free of hazards.

· Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Experience / Requirements

· Minimum of 1 years of experience in warehouse operations.

· Proven experience in leadership or supervisory role.

· Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.

· Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.

· Ability to certify staff on forklift and stand-up lift equipment

· Forklift & stand up lift experience is required.

· Lifting and unloading shipments up to 50 lbs.

· Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Use various Warehouse Management Systems to move products in and out of inventory, with computer and RF scanners.

· Must be able to work both as a team member and independently.

· Able to stand all day and perform repetitive motions (reaching, grasping, carrying, etc.).

· Maintain a good attendance record.

· Must pass Background Check
