Cost Estimator

The ideal candidate will have expertise in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, with preference for those with Aramco project experience . This role requires strong technical proficiency, cost analysis skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for oil and gas EPC projects.

Analyze project specifications, scope, and market conditions to forecast costs accurately.

Work closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to develop budgetary and definitive estimates . Utilize cost estimation software (ACCE, Richardson, Microsoft Excel) to streamline calculations and analysis . Provide cost benchmarking, variance analysis, and risk assessments for projects.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.

Review contractor bids and proposals to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Prepare and present cost estimation reports to management and stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project cost performance.

Minimum Job Requirements Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Experience : Minimum 10 years in cost estimation for oil and gas projects . Industry Experience : Strong background in EPC projects, with preference for Aramco project experience . Certification : PMP (Project Management Professional) is preferred.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in ACCE, Richardson cost estimation software, and Microsoft Excel . Selection Criteria Candidates will be evaluated based on: Relevant Work Experience : Strong expertise in cost estimation for oil and gas EPC projects . Technical & Soft Skills : Advanced skills in cost analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

Communication & Presentation : Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication.
