*Who are we looking for?*

* A passion to help children with autism and their families live their best lives

* Integrity to always do whats right for the individual child and their family

* Ability to hold yourself to the highest standards of quality in everything you do

* The ability to be transparent, accessible, and as innovative as you can working as a Behavior Analyst

* Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field

* Must have completed a minimum of 10 months of a verified Master's of ABA coursework through an accredited university

* Must have completed at least 500 total fieldwork hours with at least 300 of those hours unrestricted

* 2 years post-bachelor working with children with developmental disabilities

* Must maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB
