POSITION SUMMARY
On a day-to-day basis, the Recruiter is responsible for managing the full life cycle of the sourcing, recruitment and selection process utilizing Amplify Recruiting’s methodologies to attain timeliness, quality and quantity goals that are established for each search.
The Recruiter is also responsible for managing communication regarding the overall job order status with the Client (may also include the Sales Xceleration Advisor, EOS, or Referral Partner).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Recruitment Process/Methodology
Understands and has the ability to implement Amplify recruitment and sourcing methodologies:
Develops written job specifications.
Develops written research strategies.
Conducts recruiting calls with active and passive candidates.
Conducts recruiting calls with candidates using direct sourcing techniques.
Prepares candidate package for submittal to the sales advisor and/or client.
Conducts preliminary review of candidates with the sales advisor and/or client.
Prepares client and candidate for interview session.
Conducts debrief session with client and candidate after the interview session.
Conducts trial offer and/or verbal offer (when requested)
Manages each candidate through the recruitment and selection process through to start date (when requested)
Input of information/documentation into the ATS in a timely and accurate manner
Understands how to utilize Amplify’s recruitment technology.
Responsible for meeting minimum performance standards for each sales advisor and/or client served.
Establishes individual goals to ensure that team goals are met.
Achieves appropriate coverage level for assigned openings.
Achieves coverage goal within the appropriate recruiting cycle time.
Presents candidates that meet the approved job specifications.
