Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the arcade, providing excellent customer service, maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of games and equipment.
Interacting with the customers, assisting with gameplay, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Provide information about arcade games, promotions, and special events.
Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
At least High school graduate / Vocational graduate
with/without experience in arcade
willing to be assigned in SM seaside branch.
