Machinist - 2

We are seeking Machinists to work Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare machinery for daily use and inspect machinery for safety issues

Control and adjust machine settings following strict safety regulations and guidelines

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts

Perform routine maintenance and periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected

Work with others to ensure that equipment is in proper working order

Job Qualifications:

Must have a High School Diploma or GED

Must have a minimum of 5 yearsâ experience as a machinist, as well as, some kind of manufacturing experience

Equipment Preferred Skill Set: Mill, Ooya Radial Arm Drill Press, Warner Swasey 4A Turret Lathe, Davis Key Seater, DA15 Engine Lathe, and Saw Machines

Must have exceptional knowledge of manufacturing machinery, electrical equipment, and manual tools

Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints and designs

Must be able to pay a high attention to detail, must be safety-conscious, and must have a solid work history with no attendance issues
