We are looking for dedicated customer service relation agent to work Monday through Friday with compensation of $67/hr. As a Customer Service Relation Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and company policies.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer service experience is preferred.
