Central Texas Recruiting is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager for a fast-growing food & beverage company in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for a strategic operations leader with expertise in warehouse management, inventory control, and perishables, who thrives in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee warehouse operations for a 40,000 sq. ft. facility

Develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and cost management

Build and mentor a high-performing operations team

Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with company goals

Manage budgets and resource allocation for optimal efficiency

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards

Leverage technology and automation to enhance warehouse operations

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience:

Proven experience managing 50,000–75,000 sq. ft. warehouses

Expertise in food & beverage operations and perishable goods management

Strong P&L management skills with a track record of driving cost efficiency

Professional Skills:

Hands-on experience managing 10,000+ SKUs in high-volume environments

Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities

Proficiency in warehouse management systems & operational technology

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-demand settings
