Responsibilities:
Propose, develop, and implement new product designs
Evaluate and optimize existing products for manufacturability and performance
Select electronic components that meet performance, cost, and manufacturability goals
Develop and maintain comprehensive engineering documentation for internal and customer use
Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage design processes, budgets, and timelines
Provide ongoing support for production teams during design changes and improvements
Maintain accurate and complete documentation, archives, and reports
Requirements:
BSEE with 5+ years of industry experience
Expertise in PCB circuit design: schematic capture, library management, layout, and simulation
Hands-on experience with PCB/Electronic system bring-up, debugging, and functional verification
Experience with microprocessors and peripheral interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, USB)
Knowledge of DC circuits up to 400V and 120/240V AC circuits
Proficient with standard lab equipment: digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, function generators, etc.
Desired Skills:
Experience with analog video systems
Proficiency in Altium Designer and Eagle CAD
Strong soldering skills
Programming experience in C and/or C++
