About the Internship

This fully remote internship, launched by Voice Up in partnership with Oklahoma Wildcats Academy (OWA), offers students an opportunity to make a real impact in the world of athletic recruitment. You will help connect student-athletes with meaningful opportunities using digital marketing strategies, all while gaining hands-on experience in sports marketing and recruitment.

What You’ll Do

Identify and engage with unsigned high school seniors through your athletic network.

Promote campus visits and the National Sports Combine (April 12, 2025, Oklahoma City).

Share ready-made digital content across social media and other platforms.

Track recruitment progress using provided tools.

Support the mission of Voice Up and OWA to empower young athletes.

Who We’re Looking For

Current students or recent graduates in sports management, marketing, communications, or related fields.

Individuals with a strong understanding of athletic communities and recruitment.

Social media-savvy candidates with excellent digital communication skills.

Passionate about mentorship, sports, and purpose-driven initiatives.

Willing to embrace Voice Up’s core principles: collaboration, humility, precision, patience, and empathy.
