The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

Subject matter expert for data migration and conversion activities

Creation of project documentation: daily, weekly, semi-monthly and monthly status reports project schedules and plans, meeting minutes, risks and issues, other documentation as needed

Analyzing data conversion plans and approaches

Conduct feasibility analysis of project plans

Analyzing risks and issues, help identify ways to mitigate risks

Expertise and or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

Ten (10) years experience in leading data migration, cleansing and conversion projects

Experience with Corrections processes

SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

Scrum Methodology

Ability to understand complex business problems

Understanding of data conversion challenges

Understanding of the underlying technical architecture and legacy systems

Understanding of database platforms and database design

government experience preferred
