Product Designer(Graphics Designer)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to develop innovative and sustainable jute and cotton bags. The ideal candidate will have expertise in bag design, material selection, and market trends, ensuring our products align with eco-friendly and functional design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize & Design: Create unique and stylish jute and cotton bag designs, considering aesthetics, durability, and usability.

Material Selection: Research and recommend sustainable jute and cotton fabrics, ensuring high-quality and cost-effectiveness.

Market & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products.

Prototyping & Sampling: Collaborate with manufacturers to develop prototypes, test samples, and refine designs before production.

Technical Drawings & Specifications: Create detailed sketches, CAD designs, and tech packs for production teams.

Quality & Cost Management: Ensure product designs meet quality standards while staying within budget constraints.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and production teams to develop products that align with brand identity and customer needs.

Sustainability & Compliance: Ensure products follow environmental regulations and ethical manufacturing standards.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.

Experience: 3-5+ years in bag/accessory design, preferably with eco-friendly materials like jute and cotton.

Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or CAD software.

Strong understanding of bag construction, fabric properties, and printing techniques.

Creative vision with a keen eye for details and trends.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Preferences: Knowledge of eco-friendly production processes and experience working with suppliers and manufacturers.
