Schedule: Full-time On-site

About the Role

Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Training Specialist II to support operations in Fort George G. Meade, MD. This role involves developing and delivering training materials, conducting classroom instruction, and ensuring training programs align with operational needs. You will analyze training effectiveness, improve curricula based on feedback, and support the optimization of SIGINT collection operations for Combatant Commands and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and conduct training sessions for a large audience

Brief military and agency personnel on operational concepts

Draft and finalize training documentation and provide classroom support

Perform inspections to ensure compliance with government policies

Develop a common SIGINT collection management training program between NSA/OCMC and Combatant Commands

Evaluate training effectiveness and refine materials based on feedback

Qualifications & Requirements

U.S. Citizenship Required

️ Active TS/SCI Poly Clearance Required

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or a related field OR four (4) years of equivalent training and experience

9+ years of experience in electrical engineering or computer science, including knowledge of electronics, SIGINT systems, and computer systems

3+ years of experience with:

VHF, UHF, RF theory, radio wave propagation, radio equipment, and antennas

Wireless communication technologies (GSM, CDMA2000, UMTS, LTE, WiFi)

Experience developing instructor-led and web-based training courses, including slides, student guides, activities, and assessments

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience improving training curricula based on student and operational feedback

Strong instructional design background with experience in military or intelligence training

Familiarity with SIGINT collection management and intelligence operations
