Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers (PMs) with front-end paperwork and project startup documentation.
Support the preparation and organization of submittals, safety paperwork, and other project-related documentation.
Aid in meeting startup requirements for various projects to ensure readiness.
Collaborate with all PMs to provide assistance as needed across different project phases.
Key Skills and Experience:
Must have a solid understanding of submittals and RFIs (Requests for Information).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple documentation tasks simultaneously.
Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant PM.
Role Characteristics:
Detail-focused work, especially in managing submittals and creating comprehensive submittal packages.
Non-client-facing role, focused solely on internal collaboration within the Muller team.
Critical for project readiness and ensuring smooth project initiation.
Growth Opportunity:
Potential for the role to evolve into a Project Manager position in the future, depending on performance and development. Required Qualifications:
At minimum 2 Years Experience in Construction with site development experience preferred
Prior Experience as an Project Admin or Project Engineer
Ability to read/understand project drawings
Must have experience managing projects
Must have focus on providing exceptional customer service
Strong attention to detail, particularly in submittal processes
Must be highly organized and able to manage documentation efficiently
Ability to work effectively with internal teams, ensuring alignment and progress Compensation:
