Your main responsibilities

The preferred location for this role is Pittsburgh; however, it can be based out of any Schindler office across the U.S., with regular travel to Pittsburgh required.

Complete ownership of the relationship with a dedicated client as the dedicated National EI account manager per the contract agreement. Primary goal is to drive customer satisfaction to grow the business relationship in both portfolio units and OR, FP, and Mod lines of business.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Track and update maintenance activities, callback and repair work, including ETA's when needed. Will include working with dispatchers, Service Channel, work order management team, and local offices. Approx. 35% of time.

Provide weekly reports to DSG management which will include maintenance hours, callback summaries, escalator cleandown statues, compliance testing status. Approx. 20% of the time.

Assist local offices with problem resolution including escalation to FQE, when necessary for technical assistance, supply chain and/or vendors for material issues. 10% of the time

Track billings and accounts receivable and lead collection efforts including resolution of any billing issues. 10% of the time

Assist local teams in negotiating, tracking, billing, and collection of modernization projects. 5% of the time

Analyze data trends to support business cases to DSG for FP and capital planned modernization work. 5% of the time

Ensure all 100% conversion rate on NI turnovers. 5% of the time

Perform periodic MQW walks with local teams. 5% of the time

Conduct periodic meetings with DSG regional facilities managers. 5% of the time What you bring

Bachelors degree or an equivalent 5+ years of experience, preferably in the Elevator industry

Supervisory Experience is required

Strong problem-solving, time management, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage sensitive employee relations with proven leadership skills

Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
