Position Title: Full-time Office Manager
Annual Salary: A$ 73,500 + Superannuation
Introduction:
Focused Facilities Management provides facility management, building management, concierge, security, cleaning, project management/consultancy services to Owners Corporations with the highest standards. We are looking for an experienced & forward-thinking full-time Office Manager for an immediate start.
Duties:
• Providing excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing office operations, procedures and policies.
• Overseeing the procurement of office supplies, equipment and maintenance of equipment.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and implement improvements in the head office.
• Monitoring the company’s facility management projects in relation to their profitability.
• Managing the recruitment and training plans of new employees.
Skills and Experience:
• Minimum diploma in business or related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is mandatory.
• Experience in BuildingLink software will be added as an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to details.
• Able to perform under pressure.
• Good team player.
