Responsibilities

Understand and interpret source code from both development and operations perspectives, identifying errors, bad practices, bugs, and managing clusters.

Utilize cloud platform tools for logs, budgets, Kubernetes (k8), pods, and deployments to ensure efficient and reliable operations.

Handle databases (Oracle) and related components such as JOBS code, triggers, and snapshots, ensuring data integrity and performance.

Implement and manage DevOps tools and practices (Git, SVN, Puppet, Chef, Ansible) to streamline development and operational workflows.

Improve software observability by identifying anomalous behaviors, gathering information for developers, and considering hypothetical scenarios to mitigate risks and ensure system reliability.

Requirements

Advanced English level

Ability to understand and interpret source code from a development perspective (errors, bad practices, bugs, etc.) and from an operations perspective (clusters, etc.)

Experience with cloud platform tools (logs, budgets, k8, pods, deployments, etc.)

Knowledge in Kubernetes, Docker

Experience and ability to understand databases (Oracle) and JOBS code, triggers, snapshots, etc.

Knowledge of DevOps (Git, SVN) (Puppet, Chef, Ansible, etc.)

Improve observability: Identify anomalous behaviors in software and gather information to help developers understand issues

Identify and mitigate risks: Consider hypothetical scenarios and learn from potential failures

Technical and theoretical knowledge of stress tests, volumetry, rollback to ensure systems can handle data load (millions of data per day)

Implement gradual changes: Implement changes quickly, with higher quality, reliability, and efficiency

Accept failures normally, interpret business rules and user stories for observability cases, and knowledge of SaaS compliance
