Responsibilities and Duties:

Supports the strategic development and enhancement of the Value Insight Center application deployment of an All-Payer module

Organize and manage a project plan; create functional specs for module deployment

Assemble workstream leaders for each component of the project

Create & execute user acceptance testing

Manage project artifacts

Other tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or closely related field.

5 years in a business analyst role supporting application development

5 years of project management

Experience writing functional specifications and create test cases

Experience preparing executive level presentations

Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communicator written and verbal

Ability work both independently and to lead teams

Communication skills, analytical, leadership, highly organized

Experience leading workgroups

Preferred Qualifications:

Former experience with deployment of an application module from a business role.
