Hours: 6:50am - 2:50pm with weekend.
Duties Include:
Handling incoming phone calls regarding customer accounts and account changes.
Making outbound calls if an alarm event is triggered.
Working well with team members and customers.
Monitoring alarm systems through computer software and audio surveillance systems.
Maintaining call center database by entering information. Skills/Qualifications:
Call Center Experience STRONGLY preferred.
Customer Service experience required.
Solid work history required.
Strong Phone Skills and Verbal Communication Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
