Position: Technology Support Student Worker (2)
Location: District Administration Building
Assignment: Immediately to June 30, 2026
Pay: Starting hourly rate is $15.00 per hour
Hours: Monday through Friday working part-time between the hours of 8-4:30pm (working 30 hours or less per week).
Summary:
The Technology Student Worker position is available to current Upper St. Clair High School students.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to students, teachers, and staff for hardware, and software.
Troubleshoot and repair computers, printers, projectors, and other classroom technology.
Assist with technology deployments and implementations
Set up, configure, and maintain technology equipment
Manage IT asset inventory and ensure proper equipment tracking
Coordinate hardware repairs and replacements with vendors.
Provide clear, patient, and friendly technical support to end users.
Document support requests and resolutions in ticketing systems.
Assist with technology setup for special events and presentations
Other duties as assigned Requirements:
Enrolled at Upper St. Clair High School
Must be 16 years or older
Enrolled in or successfully completed SmartDesk class is required.
Meet the requirements of the District's onboarding process
Also this is a prerequisite to be a Technology Support Intern.
