As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of our financial media company. you will oversee the production and distribution of content, manage our vendor relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our editorial, sales and technology teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee the production and distribution of our content, including news articles, videos, podcasts and social media posts.
Manage our vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance monitoring and issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as data privacy and financial reporting regulations.
Identify areas of improvement and implement changes to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Supervise a team of operations coordinators and assistants, providing guidance training and performance feedback.
Manage our operational budget, track expenses and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of our technology infrastructure, including content management systems, video platforms and social media management tools.
Requirements
Minimum of a BSc in Business Administration or any related field of Study
Experience in the media/ Communication industry.
MBA/MSc is an added advantage
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in handling operational efficiency.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
