About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in the Retail Trade industry. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and organizing the warehouse for optimal efficiency. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success in this role. You will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks

Experience with inventory management software

Responsibilities:

Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits

Organize the warehouse for optimal efficiency, including proper storage and labeling of products

Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner

Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Familiarity with delivery practices and handling methods

Valid driver's license required

Must have no lifting restrictions and be comfortable working at heights

Proficient in using smartphones

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM

Saturday, 8 AM– 4 PM (Saturdays may be required depending on schedule)
