What you’ll do

Manage communications and build relationships with media, KOL, and third party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns/retainers

Responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing optimization of KOL / Community Strategies

Research and identify KOL across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences

Ensure community strategies are aligned with overall brand strategies

Manage and implement KOL engagement plan, the publishing calendar, social objectives, messaging, sourcing the visual images for these posts, aligning to the overall strategies and coordinating with KOL Agency / KOL in their requirements, timeline, and deliverables

Collaborate with creative, social media managers, and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing

Able to measure and report activity with the rest of the team in assistance to Data Team

Analyze topics, themes, formats and content that will engage audiences on social media and generate leads/ engagement based on each objectives

Analyze best practices for social listening, uploading, tagging, reporting, and optimization of channels

Who you are

Have at least 2 or 3 years of relevant work experience managing influencers / buzzer / communities

Extensive knowledge of current and emerging social channels and networking with KOL and communities

Profecient with social media analytics and listening tools. Alongside with technical understanding of existing social media platforms

Able to measure social media engagement.

Experience with online monitoring and measurement platforms

Great interpersonal skills

Effective time and project management skills, with ability to organize and prioritize efficiently while attention to detail
