#Hiring: HVAC/R Service Technician

Location: Weymouth, MA

Salary: $90,000 – $135,000 Annually

Schedule: 8-hour shifts On-call Overtime Weekends as needed

Central Texas Recruiting is seeking experienced HVAC/R Service Technicians to join a top mechanical company in Massachusetts. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems while ensuring high-quality service with a goal of zero callbacks.

Key Responsibilities

️ HVAC & Refrigeration Service

Diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration, evaporative condensers, ice machines, water pumps, compressors, air handlers, electric motors, and HVAC units.

Perform preventative maintenance to optimize equipment efficiency and minimize downtime.

Complete all paperwork in a timely manner.

Travel throughout Eastern MA as needed.

Execute additional duties and projects assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

️ 3+ years of experience in HVAC/R maintenance and repair.

️ Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills.

️ Customer service-oriented with the ability to build strong relationships.

️ Valid EPA Type II Certification (Required).

️ HVAC/R License/Certification in MA (Required).

️ Valid, clean driver’s license (No records – MUST).

️ Must have experience with VRF systems and grocery store refrigeration (Highly preferred).

️ Refrigeration technicians with EPA certification are also considered.

️ Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Visa sponsorship not available).
