- 1+ Year Experience in IT heldesk, desktop support
- Provide IT support to internal employees/ customers by phone and in-person
- Provide customer service by phone and in-person
- Reset passwords in Active Directory
- Enroll mobile devices in DUO
- Install software on Windows and Mac devices
- Assist customers with mobile devices (iPhones and iPads)
- Troubleshooting issues such as audio/microphone issues, failed software installs, VPN, etc.
- Answer questions about Google Workspace
- Direct customers to the IT Service Portal
