Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction to completion
Manage project administration teams and collaborate with site superintendents to establish priorities
Ensure project costs, schedules, and quality control align with company expectations
Address challenges related to site conditions, logistics, labor, and materials
Maintain compliance with all safety standards, working closely with the Safety Manager
Develop strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFI logs, submittals, and change orders

The Benefits
Base salary between $90,000 - $130,000, depending on experience
Performance-based bonus, typically ranging from $8,000 - $15,000 in the first year

The Person
5+ years of experience in commercial construction
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Deep understanding of sitework, concrete, steel structures, MEP systems, and industrial buildouts
Strong ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
Excellent communication skills with owners, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams
