Position Overview :

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in HRSD & ITSM implementation. The ideal candidate should also have expertise in either Service Portal, SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), or ITOM. This is a full-time remote opportunity, requiring strong scripting & integration skills to develop and optimize ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD & ITSM modules.

- Implement HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, and ITSM processes.

- Work on Service Portal OR SPMOR ITOM as an additional specialization.

- Create and optimize ServiceNow scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes).

- Perform ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and MID Server.

- Ensure system performance, security, and adherence to best practices.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.

- Expertise in HRSD & ITSM implementation with project experience.

- Additional experience in either Service Portal OR SPM OR ITOM.

- Strong ServiceNow scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API, UI Policies, Business Rules).

- Integration expertise using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and MID Server.

- Good understanding of HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, and ITSM best practices.

- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills to work in a collaborative environment.
