1st shift Flexographic Press Operator--Near Atlanta

Join a 3rd-generation, family-owned business established in 1954; they are seeking a skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join their small yet dedicated team just outside of Atlanta in Marietta, GA. Specializing in custom slitting, converting, and printing on tape, the operator will work with materials like packaging tape, PVC film, paper, reinforced paper, and polypropylene.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM (OT available)

Pay: $25-$30+/hour + performance bonus + profit sharing

This is a hands-on role for someone who’s ready to take ownership of press operations and running a press like it’s your own business. You’ll handle setup, printing, and maintenance, all while ensuring top-notch quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Experience with flexographic presses.

Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and maintain machines.

Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.

Strong attention to detail and preference for experience with solvent, water-based, or UV-resistant inks.
