What we're looking for in a Warehouse Forklift Operator/Picker/Packer/Load/Unload

To thrive as a Warehouse Forklift Operator at Atlanta Cold storage facility, you will need a blend of essential skills and experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with previous forklift or warehouse experience to ensure you are well-versed in the logistics environment. The ability to meet physical requirements is critical; you must be able to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that include bending and kneeling in a hot warehouse setting. Proficiency in safely operating material handling equipment is a must. Additionally, you should be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English effectively, allowing for seamless communication within our team.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous forklift OR warehouse experience

Ability to meet physical requirements - such as lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling etc. in a hot warehouse

Ability to safely operate material handling equipment

Ability to follow written and verbal instruction in English
