### Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Video Editor with at least 6 years of professional experience in video editing. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative vision, technical expertise, and the ability to bring ideas to life. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing various projects, including corporate videos, documentaries, short films, web series, and music videos.

### Key Responsibilities

- Edit raw footage into polished videos for corporate, documentary, music, and entertainment projects.

- Collaborate with directors, producers, and the creative team to ensure the vision is accurately translated into the final product.

- Add visual effects, transitions, color corrections, and sound editing to enhance video quality.

- Work on animations, motion graphics, and VFX to meet project requirements.

- Maintain organization and proper file management of all video assets.

- Ensure videos align with project timelines and quality standards.

- Adapt and repurpose content for various platforms, including social media, YouTube, and OTT platforms.

- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and techniques.

### Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in professional video editing.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Mass Communication, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.

- Strong understanding of video production workflows, including sound mixing, color grading, and VFX.

- Creative mindset with an eye for detail, timing, and storytelling.

- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

- Familiarity with animation tools and techniques is a plus.

### Preferred Skills

- Experience with 2D & 3D animation and motion graphics.

- Knowledge of colour theory and advanced color grading techniques.

- Experience working in media production companies or creative agencies.

- Understanding of SEO strategies for video content optimization.
