Central Texas Recruiting is seeking an ABEM-certified Emergency Medicine Physician to join a top-tier Trauma Center in North Dakota. This high-impact role offers W2 and 1099 flexibility, competitive pay up to the mid $500Ks annually, and a $100K sign-on bonus. Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

W2 Employee (Living in the Community)

• $250/hr + $10/hr quality bonus

• Annualized: $540,800 (based on 2,080 hours/year)

• Employer-paid health insurance

1099 Independent Contractor (Living in the Community)

• $275/hr + $10/hr quality bonus

1099 Independent Contractor (Travel)

• $285/hr

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Must be ABEM-certified in Emergency Medicine

Experience: 2+ years in Emergency Medicine preferred

Licensing & Certifications:

️ Eligible for North Dakota Medical License

️ ACLS, PALS, ATLS required

Preferred Skills

️ Strong background in trauma and advanced procedures

️ Confident managing all ages and trauma cases

️ Comfortable using Epic EHR
