Mold Maker

Cardinal Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Mold Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in spotting tools, slides, lifters, and tool actions while being proficient in benching and polishing prototype and production tooling. The role also involves assembly work and working from 3D dimensional tool data, preferably in VISI software. This position requires overtime availability as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform spotting on tools, slides, lifters, and tool actions.

Conduct benching and polishing on prototype and production tooling.

Assemble and fine-tune molds for optimal performance.

Work with 3D tool data, preferably using VISI software.

Ensure molds meet quality standards before production.

Collaborate with engineers and production teams for tooling adjustments.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mold Maker (10+ years preferred).

Strong skills in spotting, benching, polishing, and assembly.

Experience with prototype and production tooling.

Ability to work with 3D dimensional tool data (VISI software preferred).

Willingness to work overtime as required.
