The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, answer phone calls, manage mail and packages, and perform various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations
1.Greet visitors: Welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
2.Answer phone calls: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate person.
3.Manage mail and packages: Sort, distribute, and manage mail and packages.
4.Maintain reception area: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Administrative Tasks
1.Schedule appointments: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
2.Manage calendars: Maintain and update calendars for employees and management.
3.Prepare documents: Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
4.Data entry: Perform data entry tasks as required.
Customer Service
1.Provide exceptional service: Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and employees.
2.Respond to inquiries: Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
3.Maintain confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Team Support
1.Support employees: Provide administrative support to employees as needed.
2.Collaborate with teams: Collaborate with teams to achieve business objectives.
3.Participate in meetings: Participate in meetings and take minutes as required.
Technical Skills
1. Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
2. Phone systems: Familiarity with phone systems and voicemail.
3. Scheduling software: Experience with scheduling software, such as Calendly or Schedule.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist
