Flexo/Extrusion Maintenance Tech

Flexo/Extrusion Maintenance Technician (Sign On Bonus/Relo Help)--Pleasant Prairie, WI

New opening with a rapidly expanding team in Pleasant Prairie, WI. Seeking and experienced Maintenance Technician with a background in extrusion, flexographic printing, converting, corrugated or offset printing equipment.

Pay: $28.87 - $31.82/hour (+ $2/hour night shift differential and $1.50/hour weekend differential) Plus $2500 Sign On Bonus

Schedule:

12-hour night shifts (7pm-7am) on a 2-2-3 rotation

The Maintenance Tech can expect to perform inspections, troubleshoot and repair equipment, execute preventive maintenance, and contribute to minimizing downtime.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all safety regulations

Use CMMS software to track maintenance tasks and inventory

Troubleshoot and repair machinery, including mechanical and electrical systems

Execute preventive maintenance plans and optimize equipment performance

Dismantle, inspect, and reassemble machinery

Train production workers on basic preventive maintenance

What We’re Looking For:

3-5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment

Familiarity with programming logic controllers (e.g., Allen-Bradley, B&R, Siemens)

Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and drawings

Experience with extrusion, flexographic printing, or plastic sheet converting (preferred)

Proficiency in MS Office and excellent problem-solving skills

Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills

High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in a technical field preferred
