Senior ETL and report developer to provide business and systems analysis, modeling, design, and programming for Medicaid reports development and maintenance operations using ORACLE, and PL\SQL programming technologies

This developer willwork with our internal business team to deliver weekly and monthly reports forour internal offices and also with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services(CMS). And also adhoc reports to meet the legislative and otherrequirements needs. This role will help take care of the maintenance and enhancements of several Medicaid related reports, some of them are daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual including the critical CMS Reports.

This role will also help deliver the data into CSDW and BIDP for all the federal and other reporting purposes. Collaboration with other members of the Medicaid application development team will be essential to develop code for both existing and new requirements.

This role will also help develop ETLs and new dashboards for Medicaid and other programs using Power BI and Azure Synapse and help move Medicaid programs into Cloud Architecture as part of the application modernization effort.

This role will take on a leadership role, mentoring other report developers, establishing standards across the reporting area, and ensuring the accuracy and correctness of reports and data before delivery to stakeholders.

Required Skills

Experience programming and design of large scale web based distributed systems. 7 years

Knowledge of Oracle, Oracle Utilities, ETL tools such as Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). 7 years

Experience with SQL scripting and Relational Database modeling.. 7 years

Experience with structured system development methodologies. 7 years

Good communication skills both oral and written and ability to maintain effective working relationships with end users and staff. 7 years

Strong experience with SQL and PL/SQL coding. 7 years

Highly Desired Skills

Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Business Objects or BIRT 7 years

Data Warehouse experience 5 years

Previous experience working with State government.
