Automation Technical Manager

Job duties: Manage the integration of advanced automation and control systems into manufacturing operations, aiming to enhance efficiency and meet client-specific requirements; handle the setup, calibration, and adjustment of production lines to ensure they meet precise technical standards and performance goals; lead initiatives to improve processes, focusing on optimizing robotic programming and system performance; conduct modifications to production equipment to uphold safety standards and increase operational efficiency, adhering to regulatory compliance; troubleshoot and rectify complex mechanical issues, applying effective solutions to improve machinery performance and workflow; work collaboratively with international quality teams to oversee and refine manufacturing parameters; and create detailed documentation for machinery setup, process adjustments, and daily operations, promoting consistency and standardization across all production activities.

Requirement: Associate degree in Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field, plus a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a technical or engineering environment.
